What settings does the device have?
The device has 4 settings:
Setting 0: Off
Setting 1: High speed, low heat
Setting 2: Low speed, high heat
Setting 3: Medium speed, high heat
What is the warranty?
We offer a two-year warranty from date or purchase. If your device is defective during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team. The warranty will be voided if the warranty period is exceeded, the device is damaged due to not following the instruction manual, or if the device is damaged due to mishandling or repair by an unauthorized party.
How will you determine if my device is covered under warranty?
Each situation will be a case-by-case scenario. Please email photos of the damage on the device and a description of what happened to customerservice@lifepharm.com, and we will determine whether the device is covered under warranty from there.
My device is broken, and I would like to have it repaired. Where should I send it to?
If your device is not working, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@lifepharm.com. We do not recommend sending the device to an unauthorized third party for repairs.
Where is the product made?
Our device is manufactured in China.
Does the device have any kind of crystal inside?
Yes, the device has a quartz crystal inside so the red light can pass through it safely due to its optical transparency, birefringent properties, piezoelectric effect, UV filtering capabilities, high-temperature stability, and low thermal expansion.
What is the plug type and voltage of the product?
For North America, the device uses plug type A and 110-127V.
For Europe, the device uses plug type F and 220-240 V.
Does the device restructure water?
Terahertz waves have been proven to restructure water molecules to a hexagonal shape. If you would like to restructure water, we recommend waving the device over your glass of water for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Will the device overheat if left on for too long?
We do not recommend using the wand for more than 10-minute intervals. After each 10-minute interval is over, we recommend turning the wand off for at least 5 minutes to cool off.
Can I use the device if I have a preexisting health concern or condition?
If you have any preexisting health concerns or conditions, we recommend consulting with your health provider first before using the device.
Can I use the device if I am pregnant of menstruating?
No, we do not recommend using the device if you are pregnant or menstruating, since it helps increase blood flow.
Can I use the device on my scalp?
Yes, the device can be used 8-12 inches away from the scalp if there are no open wounds present.
Can the device be used on any metal or implants in the body?
No, we do not recommend using the device near any metal or implants on the body.
Can the device be used on any open wounds?
No, the device should not be used on any open wounds on the body.
If I have a skin condition like psoriasis or eczema but with no open wounds on the skin, can I use the device?
Yes, the device can be used on skin conditions if no open wounds are present.
Can I use the device when I am wearing electronics?
We recommend taking off all electronic devices before using the device so they do not overheat.
Does the device emit any electromagnetic radiation?
No, the device has been tested with an Electromagnetic Radiation Detector to not emit any radiation.
